Refund policy

These are non-refundable goods, refunds are only accepted in exceptional circumstances, all orders are final sale on our site, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges unless in exceptional circumstances and within 30 days of purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the rare occurrence that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes ensuring that all labels are affixed and unopened or unbroken and all tamper seals intact. All items returned will be inspected to make sure that they are sealed and in unused condition.  You will also need proof of purchase. 

Please kindly note that  returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. This means that you are responsible for making sure that all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging, to prevent damage to the items or their packaging. Items that are returned but are damaged in transit cannot be refunded. We do not take responsibility for any items that are returned in error. 


To start a return, you can contact us at wecare@nurturebasics.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cost of product will be refunded minus the cost of shipping, initially paid to get the products to you on purchase. Please note you will  be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will be charged the relevant shipping fee .Cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund given to you. 

This means the refund you will receive will be total money paid, minus initial shipping cost, minus return shipping cost.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/promotion items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item you will be notified and we will inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, refund will automatically be paid to your original payment method. Please note that refund processes can take some time and also allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund too.
