Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During peak times for example sales, holidays, new launches there may be delays with the postal services which are out of our control, should there be a significant delay customers will be notified. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, we use EVRI and also Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 to ship all of our UK orders. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-5 working days. 

Parcels are not considered lost until 21 days post-dispatch. 

International Orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked Standard, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order.

International parcels are not considered lost until 30 days post dispatch.
