How to Claim Your Money-Back Guarantee:
- Take a Before Picture
Before starting your routine, snap a photo to track your progress. Be sure to email this picture to we care@nurturebasics.com within 3 days of receiving your products. Without a before picture, we won’t be able to process your claim, as we aim to ensure honesty and prevent misuse. - Follow Our Simple Guide
Stick to our “how-to” instructions for at least 90 days. Our products are made from natural ingredients, so patience is key — give your skin and hair the time it needs to work. - After 90 Days, Take Your After Picture
If you haven’t seen improvements, take another photo using similar lighting to your original one. Email this picture to we care@nurturebasics.com, and complete the form below to process your refund.

- Use our products for at least 90 days (and submit your claim within 100 days).
