In the bath/shower, work into a lather, apply directly to wet skin and massage gently using hands or the AfriKan exfoliating sponge and then rinse with water.

Pat skin dry and follow up with a moisturiser or body cream of your choice.

This soap can be paired with the Golden Glow Cream for optimal results.

Frequency: Once - twice daily

Results from using soap containing turmeric or licorice root powder for sensitive skin and various skin conditions may vary depending on factors such as condition severity, skin type, and soap formulation. In the short term (1-2 weeks), expect immediate soothing effects, reduced redness, and improved hydration. In the mid-term (2-4 weeks), gradual improvements in conditions like acne and eczema may occur, along with lightening of dark spots. Long-term benefits (4 weeks and beyond) may include reduced frequency and severity of flare-ups, improved overall skin health, and a brighter complexion. Consistency is key, but individual results may vary, and consulting a dermatologist is advisable for severe conditions.

Licorice Root Powder

Skin Brightening: Inhibits melanin production, reducing dark spots and hyperpigmentation, especially from acne and strawberry legs.

Antioxidant: Shields the skin from oxidative stress and prevents premature aging.

Antibacterial & Antifungal: Fights acne-causing bacteria and helps prevent skin infections.

Moisturizing & Soothing: Hydrates and improves skin texture, offering comfort for dry, irritated skin.
