Apply to clean skin 1-2 times daily and follow with at least SPF 30. Do not layer with AHAs, BHAs, or retinoids. Always Patch test before use and moisturise your skin generously well while using this product.

Frequency: Once bi-daily in the evening to begin with to allow skin to adjust to product, after a week if skin tolerates product application may be increased to once/twice a day 3-5 times a week. Always conduct a patch test and If you notice any irritation redness or discomfort discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

Hyperpigmentation products require consistency, and results vary from individual to individual. Our clients have reported changes from as little as 3/4 weeks, however it may take more or less than that. Use the serum as directed for several weeks to see optimal results.

Alpha Arbutin

Alpha Arbutin is a naturally occurring antioxidant found in plants like bearberry, cranberry, and mulberry. This powerful ingredient is known for its ability to reduce sunspots, hyperpigmentation, and scars caused by sun damage and breakouts. It works by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase in melanocytes, which controls melanin production, the pigment responsible for skin colour. By slowing down melanin production, Alpha Arbutin helps even out skin tone and reduce dark spots.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Niacinamide, also known as Vitamin B3, is a dermatologist-approved ingredient that helps brighten and hydrate the skin. It targets hyperpigmentation by breaking down excess melanin and preventing new dark spots from forming. Niacinamide also has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, making it ideal for acne-prone skin. It strengthens the skin's barrier, reducing irritation and dryness, and improves moisture retention, which supports cell regeneration for smoother, healthier skin.

Kojic Acid Dipalmitate

Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is a modified form of Kojic acid, offering a range of benefits, including skin brightening, reducing hyperpigmentation, and fading scars. It works by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase, which plays a key role in the production of melanin. This helps to reduce excessive pigment production and fade dark spots, discoloration, and scars. In addition to its brightening properties, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate also offers antifungal and antibacterial benefits, making it a versatile ingredient for achieving clear, even-toned skin.

The appearance of this product may vary due to the use of active, natural ingredients specifically alpha arbutin. Alpha arbutin is susceptible to oxidation therefore may change colour when exposed to sunlight or increased temperature this however does not change the efficacy and safety profile of the active ingredient remains stable as long as its used by use by date.
